About our Beef

Every beef animal is beautifully unique and therefore every Beef Share is too.

The distribution of cuts will change between each Share; that’s the wonderful thing about buying a Share of a beef carcass.

We guarantee equal value of each Share by distributing joints, steaks, mince etc fairly between our customers AND guaranteeing each Share weighs over the minimum weight advertised. See our example boxes to know what to expect!

Our 15kg beef share will fit easily in any chest freezer or stand up freezer. The vacuum packaging we use allows you to store all the cuts nice and snug; it will take up the room of roughly 6 loaves of bread.

If you have a large chest freezer, consider buying more shares to gift (or sell!) on to friends and family!

By selling the whole animal, nose to tail, in ‘Shares’, we reduce wastage and can offer bulk quantities of our beef. We reflect these savings in the price you pay, making our beef shares exceptional value for money.

Aside from value, convenience and taste, our customers value the unique level of service and transparency we offer. It’s not often you can shake the hand of the farmer who raised the animal, and look across the pastures it grazed whilst you collect your order.

Here on the farm, we put the environment and its ecosystems first. By taking care of our soil, our animals can thrive on diverse, healthy pastures. We aim to use organic principles where possible, minimising use of any chemicals or antibiotics.
