The Beef Share is a full selection of cuts. We weigh each share to make sure you get over 15 kgs of beef and your box is your unique portion of one of our pasture raised cattle.

Your Share will contain a selection of:

Joints - Topside, Silverside, Short Ribs, Brisket, Chuck

Steaks - Rump/Sirloin/Ribeye/Fillet/Minute

Mince - We make our mince approx 80/20 meat to fat ratio.

Diced Stewing Beef - everyone’s favourite staple for curries, casseroles, stews and more.

Every Share we sell is completely unique and the proportion of cuts varies. (yours may be different to the example in the photo)

COLLECTIONS: We open from 10AM to 12PM on the date stated in the option box.

POSTAGE: shipped orders will arrive at your doorstep the same day as the collect from farm option. (usually a saturday before 12:00)

How it Works

Step 1) Reserve your unique beef share online.

Step 2) We butcher, Vac-bag, and box up our beef carcass into equal sized shares.
