A Beef Share is your portion of one of our pasture-raised cattle: over 15 kg of beef, weighed to order and packed with a wide range of cuts.

What's Included

Joints — Topside, silverside, short ribs, brisket, chuck

Steaks — Rump, sirloin, ribeye, fillet, minute steak

Mince — Approx. 80/20 meat-to-fat ratio

Diced stewing beef — Perfect for curries, casseroles, and slow-cooked suppers

Every share is unique. The exact quantity of each cut depends on the animal, so yours may differ from the photo.

Collection & Delivery

Collect from farm — 10 am–12 pm on the date shown at checkout

Delivery — Shipped to arrive the same day as farm collection (usually Saturday before noon)

How it Works

Step 2) We butcher, Vac-bag, and box up our beef carcass into equal sized shares.
