Our Farming

We work with several local landowners & farmers, managing pastures using our cattle grazing.
Our aim is always to better the function of the land we manage. Landowners we work with can also benefit from compliance with environmental schemes, enhancement of soils & ecosystem function and increase in biodiversity.
We are at heart an ecological management business and every thing we do is governed by and dependant on our environment and the role we have in stewarding it; a role we are proud to fill.
We breed and rear native British breed beef cattle. Our focus is on developing a herd of cattle that are appropriately adapted to their environment. This enables us to use little to no artificial inputs and keeps our focus on profitability and sustainability. Our breeding herd are managed using our planned, adaptive grazing system which helps us to build and enhance our soils and natural cycles.
We offer a contract grazing service to other farmers. We provide full management of their cattle and use our planned adaptive grazing to optimise the animals health and growth.
